Once a parcel has left us, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can help you check the delivery details and advise on the next steps.
Import duties: If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Buyer. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company, however, arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. The Buyer will be notified by (Dispatch Confirmation) email once the order has been dispatched. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
Missed Delivery: If you have missed a delivery you should follow the instructions left by the Royal Mail.
Your order will be sent in a branded complimentary natural gift bag. When it is not being worn store in this bag to protect it and keep out of reach of children. It will also include a detailed information and safety leaflet and our business card.
If your purchase does not include all of the above, then you have not purchased a genuine Love Amber x product from us. Our goal is to deliver to you only the best quality products. In case you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them and choose another for the same price or refund. You must pay for the postage. If you order the wrong size or colour item and you wish to send it back for an exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs. We will always exchange or replace broken or faulty products. Just send the item back with a detailed note.
